I used Staffing By Debbie recently for a private dinner in my home. I needed a chef, Debbie supplied one and what a wonderful man he was. Not only was his food fantastic, the guests had an amazing time chatting w/ him throughout the evening....getting recipe tips, etc. Debbie also sent a bartender who could shake up anything you asked for......the best Cosmopoliton I've ever had. The 2 servers were the best! I didn't even have to ask them to greet guests, take their coats [forgot all about this step] and offer a drink, they did this on their own. My guest loved them! Debbie's staff were so great, it was like having extended family members helping with dinner. I would not hesitate to call Debbie and use her services again. As for Debbie, she had 3 other events happening that evening and she took the time to pop in just before the dinner service to check on things....WOW! The night was a success, the guests left full, happy and they all walked away with Debbie's business cards........which I had placed I every setting......all will use her in the near future for their own party. Please look Debbie up, her rates are very affordable, the staff excellent and Debbie, I thank you for a terrific evening........see you next month when I host my 1st ever St. Patty's Day Dinner....thanks to her, I had no idea what to serve, she came up with the menu; drinks, food and decor. What a great idea, have someone come in your home, do EVERYTHING so I can enjoy quality time w/ the people I love.

Debbie Benson is a very experienced in the service industry, and has helped me as a server, server supervisor, and as a helper in the kitchen on many occasions.
She is very trustworthy and I have never had to worry about her performance in the dining room or had to even manage her as she would just come in and get to work, and ask me what I needed next when she was done her job. So she is conscientious too.
She is personable and gets along great with my clients and colleagues.
She always shows up on time, is reliable and has never not shown up for work when I have booked her for an event.

Hello Jonathan, Debbie & Cathy Thank you so much for Friday. It was an absolute pleasure working with you and the ladies. You are all incredibly professional with amazing work ethics. I cannot say how impressed I was at the whole event. I knew the ladies would be serving and assisting with the bar but it was such a great surprise that I did not have to lift one finger all night. It was worth it to have the extra server (Cathy) with Debbie. It was a nice touch having the ladies take our guests coats and actually make and serve all the drinks on top of serving all the food. They took great care of all the guests and I was able to spend my time attending to the party and having fun. I will certainly use their services again in the future, I had no idea how great it would actually be! And the food was perfect! It pleased me tremendously that you were enjoying the planning and organizing for this event as much as I was. Your passion for food is very inspiring! You were focused and did not miss a beat all night. Feeding 22 people for a sit down meal is not an easy task and you made it look like child’s play. And our guests did a good job of not interrupting you….they were very busy catching up with each other. The ratatouille/caponata with foie gras was my favourite…next to the cooked forever ribs….I could have eaten all of those! We have never had anything like that before and it was a big hit. And the chocolate pot was amazing…I had 1.5 of them J LOL, about the FAQ but yes it is a very important document. It covers all your clients need to know to ensure the food portion of their night runs without a hitch. And I completely agree that lots or organizing prior to the event and a flexible attitude is the best plan of attack. I always organize to the extreme and then take it all in stride during the party. Hasn’t let me down yet! I Thank you again for the most amazing night. Thanks to you, Cathy and Debbie we have set a new bar amongst our friends on what is truly a top notch party.
